As part of our Love It Guarantee, you can return all or any pieces of a capsule purchase for a refund or exchange.
We are committed to ensuring your shopping experience with us is fun and easy.
We know returning products can be a hassle, so we do our best to make it super simple!
If you want to return a product for any reason, we are more than happy to accept almost all returns - just read the terms below.
- You must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a return within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange
- Items must not be worn and have the original Pure Bundle tags must be attached
- You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning your products (we advise you to choose a signed or tracked method)
- Items must be packed in the original packaging
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
- If your return is accepted, you will receive a refund for items returned in 10 days
- Sale items cannot be returned except in the event that the items are damaged or faulty, as may be required under law
- It is possible to make partial returns, that is, to return only a few items of the capsule wardrobe. Let us know on your email which items you would like to return
- Make sure products haven't been worn and have the original Pure Bundle tags on.
- Contact us at email@example.com and let us know which capsule and/or items you wish to return.
- Shipping: We will email you further instructions on shipping us your products, but normally this is the process:
- Place items in the original bag, with original tags attached. Include in the parcel a note with your name, email, phone, order number, items returned and reason for return
- Seal the bag with tape
- Send to: Pure Bundle Limited, Unit 347, 19-21 Crawford Street, London, W1H 1PJ, United Kingdom.
- Choose a trackable or signed shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed in up to 10 days after receipt (but normally much sooner) and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and credit card company, it may take some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Each Capsule Wardrobe is unique. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can discuss if we have another capsule that will fit your sizing and styling needs. If the replacement option chosen is more expensive than the initial bundle purchased, we will charge the price difference.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
